I try avoid discussing with my workmate. He thinks he knows all about healthy eating - and I reckon he does, but does he apply it? Nope. He is probably 300lb AT LEAST and will eat 2 burgers for lunch. Or 2 packs of sushi. And will tut at me when I go off the rails a bit or am eating something I deem healthy (i.e. a salad)…

Height: 5'8" Weight: 205lb Sz clothes: 14 generally (NZ size ... I know US sizes are diff? Our smallest size in stores here is usually a 6) Body fat: no idea. One site tells me 25%, another tells me 46% another tells me 63%??? BMI: 31

My food intake has been okay this week. On target (eating back some exercise). I'm gonna struggle meeting the 300mins. I think I'll go for an extended walk on Friday night or something.

Just took before and during pics. Don't see much of a change myself :( bf says he sees it, but even he couldn't convincingly point it out to me. I keep on downing myself and saying stuff like "probably my clothes diff and the way I'm standing". Sigh. I think I'll do ripped in 30 and 30DS together in Sept.

There's def a diff there, myiceisonfire. I imagine that's the kind of diff I'll see too - our bodies are similar and on thighs and bum is where I too have been shaping up. But you def can see it. Go for round two in Sept! I will be once I finish round one! (D7, L2 tonight. Sigh).

I only socially drink and even then, it's once a month really. I get what i call "good drunk". Not wasted, never hungover. Will have maybe 1 beer with the boys at work on a Fri, but again, not often either.

Yeah, bf says he reckons my flabby arms (my words lol) are more defined and the back of my legs are a bit thinner. I don't see it personally and the measurements and scales say no change either. Feel stronger sure. But I want results! lol. Feel like slipping back into my lazy habits ...

I quite like the idea of this challenge and this group. I find I'm over committing to groups so I don't do them. And we're all in the same boat here :)

I know most people will be in pounds but that's all confusing and not the norm for me ;) Sometimes I'll post in lbs, but cos this is a group that's small and more communal, I'll post in kgs, as that's what I'm used to and it feels more successful to me :)
