Will take that in. Though sometimes I don't finish exercise till after 6 (eg if I have a class) but on days it isn't like that I will eat and then work out when tummy is settled. Can my crunches in 30DS count? Or is this additional? I'll let you know after what I can commit to our totals.

Was playing RDR last night ... I miss playing games. I should more often. I need to try out Oblivion. Bf is playing Morrowind atm and I hear a lot of hype about Skyrim. Can't wait for the new LOTR game, Deus Ex, ACreed3 and BATMAN!!!

I was fine after D1 of L2, but last night afte D2, I was like "omgiwannadie". It was way harder. I'm going inbetween Natalie and Anita, whereas with L1, it was mostly Anita. Taking more quick breaks. Hard. Keep going.

I feel good that I've done it and doing it (D2 L2 done) but getting really disheartened that not seeing results. Even though it's probably water retention blah blah, hard not to feel down.

L2 D2 last night. Christ, that was harder than the day before. Took more breaks (very quick ones! no more than 5 seconds! lol) than D1 of L2. Also not lost any weight, or any inches I believe. Thanks, I tend to eat quite a bit of fruit, and salad for lunch, but haven't been eating veges as much for dinner. I will try keep that sodium at that target range too! And I'll have a look at those links when I get home (at work atm :@)

I weigh myself once a week, first thing in the morning. Also afraid to measure as I think there has been no loss and I will measure after I've done 30DS as tbh, I don't want to feel more down. This stinks.

Hopefully fixed. And I don't eat them all back. Sometimes I don't touch them, sometimes barely touch, or half or almost all. Depends on hunger really.

I'm afraid of scales tomorrow. I feel I've eaten okay. Had a couple of "off" days but I've worked out pretty much every day (something I never have done before) but last week I gained and that's never cool. Scales are evil.

Wowzer. Level 2. Panting and sweating! Did not like the double crunch, couldn't do it (how do you keep your legs together! lol I look like *kitten*). Otherwise, was okay! I managed to go through all the cardio without stopping (maybe once) and I did the planking okay too! Surprisingly did okay!
