You already know exactly the right things to do. You just have to make it an entire family lifestyle. Take the little ones for a walk/jog, Old Town has childcare while you work out, see if you and a neighbor/friend can swap childcare while you work out every other day. Maybe even take the time to write down your goals of…

Its a lifelong journey. There will be ups and downs, both emotionally and physically. As long as you don't give up you can win. Focus on the every day victories, such as packing a healthier lunch, or taking a 20 min walk after dinner, or even drinking enough water for the day. If you have a slip up, don't call it quits on…

You can google a calculator, but you'll need your resting heart rate for more accurate ones. I also would only rely on the treadmill's projection of your heart rate as a guide, its not exact. If you are really concerned about getting it exactly, then you should invest in a wristband of some sort that will keep track much…

Add me! I have the iPhone 4S, however doesn't offer as many options on the ap as the website. I don't really have any support in my life other than the friends on here.
-
You can add me! I'm always looking for friends :)

I have a friend taking them and she was losing weight super fast, made me jealous and considered the same pills, at $45 a bottle! However, she is currently in the hospital for dehydration, kidney problems, and bladder infection. She was just taking those pills and eating meal replacements and exercising like 8 hours a day.…

I been a member for awhile. Looking for some supportive friends to continue on this journey with me.

I put half a frozen banana with vanilla soy milk and vanilla protein powder and a few berries.

I really don't see how fruit can be bad for you no matter what type of diet your on. Your body needs natural sugars to help keep it running. It also has valuable vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants. The only way I could see it being bad for you is if you scarf a ton of it late at night. From what I've been…

I have a magic bullet blender which is helpful for me making individual portions. I like putting half a frozen banana with a few strawberries, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla soy milk.

Just an idea, no matter what you eat before bed, drink a big glass of water or two with it to help digest it quickly. Another idea is try a mug of some chicken/beef/veggie broth. I find it helps me fall asleep easier.

Try to go for a short walk, even 5 minutes. Fresh air can do you wonders for your body and mind, even if you just walk down the block and sit on a bench for a minute to catch your breath before walking home. I love watching the Dr. Oz show, maybe visit his website and watch some videos to entertain and inform yourself.

I would argue anything carbonated isn't great but it all counts in the end. I know that the carbonation can't be digested, you have to burp it out. It also makes your belly bloated too, but I would think it could help some people feel fuller.

I know I do! I haven't seen 150 since I was about 12 yrs old, here's to hoping I can see that one day! I'm trying my best to just stick to my continuous weight loss of 2lbs a week. I'm scared of getting flabby skin and needing surgery to get rid of extra skin! So I am always rubbing collagen boosting lotion to all my…

Just an idea for some. I enjoy a giant mug of chicken, beef, or veggie broth at night. Helps warm me up and I sleep better! I use the powdered kind, also have enjoyed the paste I found too. Not such a great idea for someone watching their sodium, but I need all the salt I can get (per doc).

I like drinking MIO because you can control just how much you add! I start with a little so I can add more if I like.

I always eat something before bed, otherwise I wake up in the middle of the night with hunger pains. I always try to drink at least 2 cups of water with it, tonight was some popcorn and a few bites of chicken, with 2 cups of chicken broth. I LOVE drinking warm beef, chicken, or veggie broth so it helps my body warm up to…

I've been eating salads on and off for years, but really tried in the last 3 weeks to eat them more often. No I don't really eat any protein with them typically. I'm not a big meat eater, sometimes I realize I went the whole day with too little protein and have to make a soy shake or eat a can of tuna. I wasn't eating fast…

0 chance of being preggo. I've tried iceburg lettuce at school, watched them rinsing it in water and chopping it up. I bought a bag of mixed greens, and I have a head of romaine lettuce I got and washed myself. I've been eating kraft fat free ceasar and switching it with italian, last week I tried ranch but I'm not a big…

I didn't think of that, but yes I have developed a lot of food allergies over the last few years. Guess I'll try making dressing and see if that is the problem.

Just take it one day at a time. He loves you and sounds like he wants you to focus on your health more than your weight.

Doctor! If he doesn't help get a new one. I used to get sick like that too, figured out that I had to go at night when it was cooler and I could hog a fan to myself. I would get heat sick and fainted in the locker room once during a heat wave last summer.

I would reduce the sodium, drink more water, and take an aspirin to help thin the blood. Try to move your legs around more, even if just going for a short walk, also swimming is great too! Take advantage of the hot tub if you go swimming, it will help with the soreness, watch out for the damaging effects of chlorine…
