  • Fitnessblender has excellent videos free on their website and also on youtube. Here is their beginner workout I used when I first started with the kettlebell: fitnessblender.com/v/workout-detail/Beginner-Kettlebell-Workout-Kells-Kettlebells-Routine/a7/
  • I use the Mio Alpha heart rate monitor that you wear on your wrist and have been happy with it. It connects to the apps on my phone and my Garmin watch and seems to be as accurate as the chest strap I used before I got the Alpha.
  • I subscribe to yogaglo.com for videos. They have a good variety which is searchable by duration, style, etc. I have been doing yoga for less than a year though and don't have my own routines yet.
  • I will definitely have to try this. Thanks!
  • Mine is not syncing either. Hopefully it is just a glitch and will fix itself soon!
  • Tea sweetened with Stevie or water flavored with zero calorie drops from Mio or Propel
  • I definitely want to try this recipe too. It looks like a good breakfast alternative for summertime instead of hot cereal!
  • I use the Walden Foods zero calorie dressings. My favorite is the Super Fruit Balsamic Vinaigrette. The Pure Formulas website sells them with free shipping if you can't find them locally.
  • You should be able to play the videos on your iPad. I steam them on my iphone and my surface tablet without any problems. The subscription is month to month so you can cancel anytime. I tried out several yoga sites and like Yogaglo with their ability to filter classes by time, level, style, etc.
