I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for such great ideas..! i have about a bazillion fillets to cook and all of these diff ideas are so great :bigsmile: it gets me excited to eat this stuff again :happy:

i agree.. i bought one bc i didnt have an actual grill.. and they are A PAIN IN THE BUTT TO CLEAN! LOl i would just get one of those cast iron skillits with the grill strips in them and use the stove top!

Blahhhhhhhhhh this is my sam problem. after i had my daughter i was 225. my cw is 164 & my goal is 150. but i feel no matter what i do or how much i lose i will still feel overweight and gross bc of my stomach :( im too young for the surgical route (25) but i am not happy with it! just a bummer!

Hm.. looks like we are oppositte here! i have been a runner FOREVER! so i always do cardio.. and i just this week have started incorporating weight lifting and resistance training..! i would say yes.. add some more cardio before you are hitting the weights.. i run 2-3 miles before.. but thats just me.. but like others have…

i gave up coffee a while ago, but have been missing it BAD. so yesterday i bought a box of TRUVIA & international delights carmel creamer(both in individual packets) so i know how much im putting in my coffee.. each little cup is 35 calories and the truvia sweatner is calories freeeeeeeee..! mixed with 6 oz of foldgers…
