Farells Extreme Body Shaping`
has anyone heard of this.. or participated.. its a kickboxing problem that incorporates upper and lower body resistance training 6x's a week. the initial program is 10 weeks long and i am starting on January 11.. just wanting to see if anyone has had good results or what their actual point of view is!? :) :tongue:

Ready for the weights, but dont know where to start :/

How to count weight training calories/ new to weights
