I am definitely a clean eater then! I had no idea what it was!!! I eat no processed food at all 6 days a week and have done for just over 6 weeks now. I love it. I actually find it hard to eat processed food on my spike day so am thinking of just stopping it altogether xxx

I follow a paleolithic way of eating which means any carbs I do get are from fruit and veg and I do eat a lot of protein. However I exercise a lot - 6 days a week at least once a day. You'll be pleased to know you're perfectly normal!! I usually have a teaspoon of honey to get rid of sweet cravings - although last month I wasn't that good at it! Nuts are good for you too xxx

Like a few of the others have said 0.5lbs is a healthy loss in a week! see it as a positive thing xxx

Just start off slow chick - do one minute intervals and work your way up - don't sprint just jog it and in no time you'll be on your way :) xxx

Talk to your GP BUT I have to say I used to have knee problems due to being overweight and made no end of excuses that I couldn't run because of it - now I run anything up to 5 days a week and am losing weight like never before - and my knee feels fine xxx

I lost quickly in the first few weeks - it's mostly water to start. Don't worry it will slow down a bit. Well done on your loss so far xxx

I think as you don't have as much to lose ( in your picture you look fab to me ;) ) it may take a bit longer and be slower than say someone like myself who needs to lose a lot more. Stick with it chick and you'll get there but don't give up xxx

I'm not really sure how it works with flu and stuff but I suffer from Angioedema. My airways swell up pretty much without warning and I am pretty poorly when it happens. I've not noticed my weight going up and down as I don't weigh in, but I do tend to up my exercise once I am feeling better xxx

Yes you can!! I am training for the NY marathon next november so for me this has been about getting fit as well as losing weight. I have no idea how much I have lost now but I can tell you that from running as much as I do I lost 9 inches off each thigh in the last 6 weeks! You will love it here xxx
