I used to do VLCD's on and off - saying I was too big to exercise and it would give me a kick start. I do chick - it's just been a lifestyle change for us rather than a diet. The weight is falling off me every week ( although I have to say that I do a lot of exercise too). It is really getting my PCOS under control too. I would highly recommend it xxx

I stay at my highest for about 30 seonds to a minute. Highest I ever got to was 210. Your maximum heart rate is calculated by taking your age and minusing it from 220. I'm 32 so my MHR is 188. Does that make sense? xxx

I totally agree!! I never get hungry and have stuck to it for 7 weeks solidly without finding it difficult which makes me confident that I can keep it up as a lifestyle change rather than a diet! I feel fantastic on it and if you even mentioned fast food to me I would feel sick! xxx

Only you can make yourself do it, but as a kick start I will tell you that yesterday morning I got up and worked out at 5.30am even though I was in hospital with a swollen face/legs the night before....now if I can do it....what's your excuse :wink: :flowerforyou:

helloo!! We follow a paleolithic way of eating 6 days a week in this house! I do have a spike day to rebuild glycogens as I do a lot of running but like you I found this so easy from day 1 xxx
