  • I get pains there occasionally if I'm not breathing correctly while running. Bottom line, if it's concerning to you then go for a check up. If you don't then try to focus on your breathing next time you go running.

  • I tend to workout at night so if I'm hungry and I'm not hitting my macros or calories I'll have whey protein shake with unsweetened almond milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter. I'll mix my supplements in the shake too, I hate taking pills.
