Julie, Thats funny I turned 22 on the 14th also. But I didnt get to go the gym this morning since I had to take both of my sons to the drs for a checkup but I will be going tonight with my hubby.

I am having a hard time, I seem to be staying in my caloric intake and making healthy choices and keeping up with my exercise but I keep staying between 155ish and 158ish. I cant seem to get away from it. So really from last weigh in I have gained 2 lbs and it is so hard to see that happen when I work so hard. Hopefully…

I just got back from the gym, I did step aerobics for an hour and the eliptical for 20 mins and weights. Today is my b-day and I hit my b-day goal on my b-day. How lucky huh? I didnt think I was going to make it. But today I am 155.8 I have lost a totoal of 54lbs!!! :bigsmile:

My first goal which is my b-day goal is tomorrow and I am .2 lbs away. I am really watching my salt intake so that I wont be holding onto any water weight for tomorrow. I cant believe I have gone from 209 in June to hopefully to 155 tomorrow. If I do hit that goal tomorrow it will be a great b-day present to myself. :wink:

I am on the same boat as you are. I had my second 16 months ago and have lost over 50 lbs and I still have a saggy belly

Actually there is a 5K in my town on March 29 that I am training for right now. So that is perfect. Hopefully I will be really close to my goal weight by then so running will be just a little easier!!

I just came back from the gym and was on the eliptical for 60 mins. I also have lost another pound. I am down to 157. I have lost 52 lbs now, 32 more to go

I started at 209 and now I am at 158.4, I want to get down to 125. So I am down 51 lbs and 33 lbs to go

ok, I have lost since June 18, 2007 is 51 lbs. I started off at 209 and now I am at 158.4. My first goal was to be 155 by my b-day, which is Dec 14th. NTBoard, I also have 2 sons and my oldest has his 3rd b-day on the 17th!!! So Happy Birthday. I am so happy!! Today I have hit two goals of mine. I am in the 150s today and I have hit 50 lbs lost today!! Only 25-35 to go depending on what my body wants me at.

ok I am 21 and 5'3' and I weigh 161. I want to be 155 by Christmas. I am pretty good about going to the gym 3x a week so I dont have to worry about that. But I would like to be able to go from running on the treadmill for 15 min to 20 min by Christmas.

yes I works if you want it to work. It is not a miracle you have to want it. I have lost 48 lbs since June 07 and I have 36 more to go and this site has made it easier to do it with the info and support of the community

I have been doing really well with my weightloss and just recently I gained 4 lbs. Usually if I am down about my weight staying still or gaining a lb my mother always tells me it will be ok. My weight today is 162, I started at 209 in June. My first goal weight is to be 155 by my b-day which is in 4 weeks. So we will see how it goes. Then my 2nd goal is to 125-135 by my wedding anniversary June 5.
