oh man i thought my scale HAD to be broken or SOMETHING. I was totally eating awesome and exercising multiple times a day, really kicking butt with the 30DS and classes at the gym, and NOTHING. i thought i was gonna LOSE MY MIND.

has anyone had issues with the freaking side lunge with the bicep curl? I'm using 3 lb hand weights, and i REALLY dont want to go down to 2 lb, but HOLY CRAP i'm soooo exhausted..... and i totally suck at bicycle curls.... (the very last thing on the dvd) ...its pathetic any tips?

omg my thighs are SO SORE! Day three, and i did zumba today and thought my thighs were going to just BREAK. Anyone else having tightness and soreness ONLY in the tops of their thighs?!?!?! HOW do i get rid of it?!

i manually added it, but put the time from 10:50 a.m. for 28 minutes, so it didnt double dip, but i did wear the fitbit on my wrist for some of the day, and apparently that is a no-no, so i will only be doing on the hip from now on and i will be letting everyone know how it goes after today!
