I have been having some motivational problems as well. I put a picture of myself on the fridge as a reminder of what I do not want to look like.

Hi, just started this site today and started my diet yesterday. I am 44 and have 120 lbs to lose. I really do not have a good support system, so it would be great to be in a good support group.
