lowering carb intake isnt that bad. You can cycle your carb intake depending on your workout schedule. What is dangerous is lowering the amount of carbs to an extremely low amount. on a budget, bodyfortress vanilla is really tasty. Their chocolate is pretty goody, but I switched to vanilla. Muscle Pharm's Arnold series vanilla is delicious as well, and ON 100% whey is really good.

in my experience, break ups can only be deal with massive amounts of time in the gym. In my case, i take all my anger, rage, depression, insecurities, and I put it into the weights. feel better!

hi all! I might try the oats. right now I am just going to increase all my dinner, lunch,and breakfast portion sizes. Im bulking, but last time i did a dirty bulk and this time i want to clean bulk and keepy my bodyfat down like the pros do :).
