New to this, looking for some tips on some lean, protein filled, calorie packed foods and snacks that will let me put on the mass i need. I've gotten pretty lean, but now its time to really start focusing on making sure that what I eat meets my bodybuilding goals.

I'm not the cleanest eater in the world (I largely follow iifym and eat ice cream pretty much every day) but I do pride myself in getting a lot if my protein from foods even though I'm a vegetarian

Same story bro. Got really fast metabolism. So need lots of calories to maintain and even more to bulk. So my main ingredients are quality chicken, gluten free oats, fish(though not too much, cuz of mercury), I recently ordered flax seed oil which has lots of calories and very little sat fat. Try eating cereal, they add up on calories quite well0 -
hi all! I might try the oats. right now I am just going to increase all my dinner, lunch,and breakfast portion sizes. Im bulking, but last time i did a dirty bulk and this time i want to clean bulk and keepy my bodyfat down like the pros do .0
