I usually only add it if I do something above and beyond my norm. Like When I cook Thanksgiving dinner...or when I do my big monthly clean and I am scrubbing everything in sight for a good 2-3 hours straight.

I make my own "Bento" boxes. So one day ill have a little chicken with a little bit of cheese, some almonds, grape tomatoes, maybe some olives - then I mix it up. Tomorrow its matchstick zucchini, squash and cucumber, broccoli florets with marinated artichokes, avocado (obviously you would choose something different) and…

I usually only prep breakfast and lunch for the week...and I make sure I have a variety. So Ill do 2 proteins, and then vary the veggies (or make 3-4 different salad dressings) then use the excess of all of it for dinners and just try to mix up the combinations.

I am just a FOOD lover - I like to eat, everyone in my family does. But if I am sad/depressed I will go WAY overboard with it...as in entire bags of chips, entire cartons of ice cream, or sleeves of cookies.

I eat one for breakfast everyday, I scrape out a bigger hole (the flesh I scrape out goes into my smoothie) crack an egg in each and bake, YUMMY.

You could try walking in place...or if you can afford it, have someone pick up a video (like Walking Away the pounds) something like that.
