This was great! I agree with the go in with a plan. Also once you see that the men aren't worried about you,looking at you, whatever it's a lot easier! I've stopped feeling self conscious/intimidated once I realized that we are all there to get our workout in and leave.

Oh, I know! Don't put heat to your hair! I workout often and I don't see any point in putting extra heat when you'll sweat the next day but that's just me...

I usually go 12-15 reps but I can do a few (maybe 5 reps) with the 15 lbs dumbbell. As far as the lat pulldown I do 30 lbs. Right now last time I checked my bodyfat was at 24%. I'll definitely try the seated row machine but we do not have a fly machine. The gym I go to is very very small!

I am 5ft2 around 130 lbs I can wear a size 4-6 in pants. If I lose weight cool but my body fat is at 34% and I'm trying to lower that and maybe one day fit a size 2 again!

I don't have "cheat days" but mostly cheat meals like twice a week. Usually it is dinner and completely unplanned. Sometimes I stay within my macros which is awesome but sometimes I go over...

I'm not pre-planning for one day of binge eating. Like others have said, it's just one day xD So, I plan to eat and eat and then get back on track the next day
