"Cheat" meal...probably a dumb question

When will I lose inches?
I have been eating at a deficit for three weeks straight (more or less) I have lose weight however I have not lost inches. I also do cardio and strength training 5 days a week. How long would it take before I start to lose inches and my body fat % lowering?

Will I gain weight or have an issue lowering my body fat % if I ate over my fat macros? I ate about 15g over my fats twice this week, though I was under my carbs and cals for the day. Will it make much difference?

Pre/Post workout breakfast foods when cutting ..
So I'm currently cutting to you know lower body fat and jazz..Anyway I'm working out early in the morning and I can't really do it completely fasted. Could I have a banana and coffee in the morning for my pre-workout and post workout can I eat eggs and a protein shake with fruit? Is that alright for cutting?
