where am I supposed to feel this exercise?

Yesterday I did ball leg curls and felt nothing! What am I supposed to feel? Maybe I was doing it wrong

    I had to Google it....I think she means these?:

    They work the Hamstrings (the top, back of your legs)

    Hammy strings- if they are too easy there are two issues

    1.) you are doing it wrong (more likely)
    2.) you need a harder variation

    I have a body weight plus dead lift (hammy heavy work lift) and I STILL feel those if I do enough of them.

    I prefer doing weighted single leg bridge lifts instead- since I can do less and feel more - but even I can feel these after like 25-50 of them.. and I have good hammy's.
