Quick question about weight training!

So I have a 4 week workout plan. 1 arm day, leg day, blah blah the usual stuff.
What I'm here to ask is, each week the workout is different. Because they're all different could I start the routine over for a second month ad still see results?

I would imagine so, since you won't be doing the same thing every day. Maybe increase the weights?0

Yeah, you can but you need to increase the weights in the second month to have any progress0
