I track my macros and I eat pretty well but could I eat fast food as long as it fits in my macros for the day?

You can eat anything you want! Some fast food is no worse than home cooked. IMHO, it is important to eat as "clean" as possible just for general health. Again, that doesn't negate fast food altogether.0

I travel 3-5 days per week for work and eat fast food during those periods almost exclusively. I have never been in better health.0 -
