I've just bought a set from Ebay for £2.20!! I've got 1.5kg, 3kg and 5kg but i'll defo be starting with the 1.5lb. More than enough for now!! :-)

I walk as I can't get to the gym. I drop my 5 year old at school and leave the car there. (We live 5 miles from school so can't walk there!) I walk about 3.5 miles in an hour pushing my 1 year old in pram with the dog in tow and find it a great workout!!

I'm still not following entirely!! I'm quite new to this. My goal is set to lose 2lb a week at the moment and it's 1200 cals. If I drop it to losing 1lb a week I get 1700 cals. I've not been eating mine and have been working out everyday. This week i'm going to eat them and see what happens! I've lost weight regardless but very slowly so see if eating them helps me lose a bit more!! :-)

They're just normal trainers or my trusty croc flip flops that have never hurt before! I may have a visit to Go Outdoors as i've heard they are quite good for advising/fitting walking shoes/boots.

I've just ordered 30 day shred from amazon as i'd seen so many talk about it on here, thought i'd give it a go but the one I use is Hannah Waterman - Body Blitz. As it's the only one I've used so far I may not be an accurate judge but it gives quite a workout!! Will see what I think to 30 day shred! :-)

Count me in. My Wii fit + is currently programmed at burning 221 calories everytime I go on which I can do in about 40 minutes through various exercises. Love the boxing!! I'm getting a bit bored of the same things all the time though. Can anyone recommend any other games for Wii particularly any with Step or boxing…
