Pain in my calf!!

Cals left over & not hungry!!
I've had 3 meals, 2 pieces of fruit and one of my diet chef snacks I had left today and still have 381 cals left, mainly due to exercise. I'm not hungry though but do I eat something just so i've had them all??

HRM help???
Someone suggested I use a HRM to calculate cals accurately as I don't feel like much is happening regards my weight loss so something's wrong somewhere! May sound a daft question but having looked at a few, do they work as accurately when worn as a watch? I don't think i'd wear on the chest strap.
