What to log this as?????

I sky + this the other night and find it quite a good workout to follow. Elise Lindsay is a great trainer and everything is easy to follow and easy to keep up with it. However, I've logged as Aerobic general today but not sure if this is right?? The workout is a warm up, followed by high and low impact cardio, followed by strength & toning, then core strength, then a cool down. Am I logging it right?? Thanks.

Thats what I would log it under. I used to do a Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and logged it under low impact aerobics.0
