Pushups, dips, bench presses, triceps extensions, overhead extensions, or just about any exercise for the that works the triceps. Throw in a set or two of bicep curls, and your arms should solidify a bit and those bingo wings will flap off into the sunset!

Using your arms whilst running helps a great deal, especially when used along with some weight training.

I cannot think of any sure-fire silver bullet. I can only suggest that dieting is a two way street of loosing fat and replacing it with muscle. And fat does not morph into muscle. That is why exercise with strength training along with aerobics is so important. Improved muscle tone is going to support the tissue. I've even gone so far as to ask a plastic surgeon because I used to work for one at University of Ca Med Center. Yes, technically it can be done "but you would not like the scars" was his answer. So the silver bullet just got a little dull!

Holding Chatarunga pose for 2-3 minutes! I agree with the above posters as well... If you are not "burning" you won't see any results.

I'm on with Jillian's 30 day shred at the mo, hoping this will help somewhat?? I walk or do Wii fit in and amongst as getting to the gym with two small children is a slight problem!!

you need to get the weights out ,will help ,,,it takes time to lose it all & it stores in the arms quite nicely ,keep up the regime just add the weights & pushups etc & it will go ,dont lose hope on those arms & some firming lotion each night makes the skin look good & makes your arms feel nicer ,ive only just discovered lotions & no they dont make your arms firm ,but it for sure feels nicer with it on & the appearance is worth the 5mins of rubbing it on.
