Tips needed for ex-diet chef!!

Hi all, i've been on Diet Chef for the 2 months you have to sign up for but have had to cancel due to cost unfortunately. Was going really well and i've lost 16lbs in the 8 weeks i've been on it. I still have about 3.5 to 4 stone to lose though so would welcome any tips on how to do it/stick to it!! I've set up my Wii fit + and am currently doing 45 mins a day which burns 225 cals. Trying to squeeze in walks with the dog inbetween school pick ups/drop offs too! I'm counting every bit of food that's passing my lips on MFP and this week I intend to drink the required amount of water each day even though I hate the stuff!     Sounds like you're totally on the right track! Keep it up, and you'll see more progress in no time at all :)
