Tips needed for ex-diet chef!!

Hi all, i've been on Diet Chef for the 2 months you have to sign up for but have had to cancel due to cost unfortunately. Was going really well and i've lost 16lbs in the 8 weeks i've been on it. I still have about 3.5 to 4 stone to lose though so would welcome any tips on how to do it/stick to it!! I've set up my Wii fit + and am currently doing 45 mins a day which burns 225 cals. Trying to squeeze in walks with the dog inbetween school pick ups/drop offs too! I'm counting every bit of food that's passing my lips on MFP and this week I intend to drink the required amount of water each day even though I hate the stuff!     As you have been on it before, just take tips on things like portion sizes from them, and duplicate them in your own cooking.

    Same with recipes. Maybe look up healthy recipes online, and use some of those.

    PS I drink squash instead of water - hate water too much to be able to drink so much of it! lol :smile:

    Hi, thanks for reply. I have to cheat and add Robinson's no added sugar! I can't bear water & where most people find it keeps hunger away, I think it makes me feel hungrier!! :-)
