I run ultra marathons and lift. Couldn’t fathom maintaining that severe of a deficit and training at the same time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to eat back your exercise cals. You will likely feel night and day difference. High protein foods will make you feel fuller, longer. Stay hydrated. Best of luck with your training and…

I’d be in a severe caloric deficit at 2k. I’d recommend increasing the amount. My sis that is 100lb currently eats 2400. Try 3000. If weight goes up, stick with it until it stalls. Then add more. If not, try 3500+ Eat calorie dense food. I personally maintain on 4k (very active)

I’ve fluctuated 12lbs in a day. But it was 99.9% water. Actual mass, maybe 1lb.
