I used myfitnesspal to help me lose 120 pounds but now only track when I'm eating out or eating something different from the norm. I do crossfit 6 days a week and love it!

Crossfitter here too. Try to get to the box 4-6 times a week. That's the easy part, working on the nutrition side of things, which is why i'm here
