I used myfitnesspal to help me lose 120 pounds but now only track when I'm eating out or eating something different from the norm. I do crossfit 6 days a week and love it!

    Crossfit is lifting and cardio all in one. It's one of those "hurts so good" kind of things. Lol thanks for the friend request ☺

    Hello :) Crossfitter here too. Try to get to the box 4-6 times a week. That's the easy part, working on the nutrition side of things, which is why i'm here :D

    I go 6 days a week, 7 if it was open.... and if my body could do it.
