Wheyfactors unflavored is good if you mix it with water and add some Crystal Light. I also add it to Carnation Instand Breakfast dark chocolate flavor. Yumm

46 here (also down 46 pounds - with about 50 yet to lose). Could definitely use more friends and support.

I would definitely go with the machine. I always enter my weight and age to get a more accurate number. MFP numbers can't possibly know your heart rate, age, weight, etc.

You have got to be kidding on this one!! Avocados are extremely good for you. You need to budget your calories to make room for the important nutrients you need - and many of those are found in avocados!

I had absolutely NO CHOICE in the matter because I am on on a medication that makes anything and everything carbonated taste like battery acid. And I'm pretty sure than when I do finally get off the meds, I won't go back to drinking my favorite diet ginger ale.

I use the notes section of the Food tab to record how many calories I've burned. I'm not recording my exercise time/calories on MFP because I'm doing the strict 40/30/30 and I have my exercise section set to zeros.
