I pack my lunch every day for work. Take a look at my diary. :) There are at least 3 days per week where I have leftovers because I make a double serving every night. But I love taking sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, green peppers, all different types of fruits.

I enjoy peanut butter every night in a personal mug cake. Yumm. Only 265 calories. I make sure I burn enough during the day to have this tasty treat.

I'm addicted to Chocolate Mug Cakes (92 calories) and Peanut Butter Mug Cakes (225 calories).

I tell anyone and everyone who listens or cares. It helps keep me accountable. I don't go overboard with details, but let people know I'm eating a healthier diet and if they ask questions, I tell them about MFP. Some don't care, some offer support, others watch from a distance as if they're going to catch me failing. But…

I've found that deep massage works wonders. It still hurts, but the pain is different, more dull, and does go away once I'm moving. I used the legs of my office chair and would put a LOT of pressure where it hurt, many times per day. It only took a week or so before I saw a drastic improvement.

I normally take my breakfast to work since I start at 7:00. I have 1/2 cup of Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla yogurt, a fruit (banana, peach, watermelon), and 2 prunes.

Have you asked the opinion of more than one trainer? Seriously - there are a lot of people right here who ARE trainers, professionals, etc....and they are telling you something different.

#1 reason that motivated my fat *kitten* is when the doctor said to lose weight or lose your eyesight (intracranial hypertension). YIKES. Of course there are many other reasons, most to do with vanity, but I really just want to be healthy and feel well.

^^ This is true for me. I do a 15% incline on the treadmill and about 3.3 mph. The treadmill estimates my calories burned for 15 minutes at 225. I burn half of that if no incline.

I'm super annoyed today because I've been at work for 4 1/2 hours with no work to do! The servers are down and everything we do is online. So here I sit. Yawning like crazy, wishing I had more green peppers to snack on because I've already eaten the ones from my lunch bag. Grrr!
