I agree, life would be pretty boring. Also, I thought I linked to my whole blog, but if you look on the right side there is my blogs achieve that you can look through! I have recipes and my first ever posted blog is my whole story. :]

Thank you! It has been a long journey and I am finally embracing my whole change.

Yeah, I wish I could say I had no extra skin, but it happens. I am hoping if I keep weight training some of it will naturally tighten up. I would get surgery to get rid of it, but I think that would be a waste at the moment since I have not had kids yet.

One of my best friends has PCOS and is also struggling with her weight so I can see where you are coming from. With your determinations and how far you have come already I can see you making your goals without a problem! You've got this, keep kicking some serious butt!

That's fantastic! 40lbs already, keep up the amazing work. I would definitely consult my doctor if I were you. If anything a yearly physical is always a good thing! I am down to around 125 now which I think I good for my body. I was down to 115 but I believe I looked too skinny then so I put on some muscle. Anyway, I can't…

You can do it! Just keep up that motivation you have now and remember any bit of weight lost is a step in the right direction. Even if you don't loose it as fast as you'd like! I can't wait to see your results!

Wow you look amazing! Congrats on your success!

Thank you for your kind words. I can't wait to see your results! You are going to look amazing, it's a long road ahead but you can do it!

Thank you! You can lose what you gained back, just keep going! I have backslid about 10lbs a few times but always realize it. Realizing it and acknowledging it is half the battle. The other half of the battle is being willing to try again! You've got this, best of luck!

It's amazing to see that many of you commenting on my post have had similar results! Makes me even more determined to keep up this lifestyle I have made for myself!

Stretch marks yes, but to be honest being 5'1 and 250lbs is what caused those stretch marks so I had those before I began my journey. Lose skin yes. My arms and legs have some as does my stomach. Doesn't look horrible, but I can tell my stomach has it more when I bend over. But: I'll take the loose skin and stretch marks…

Maintaining your weight takes a lot of vigilance, at least for me it does. It involves still weighing in (or tracking your progress) at least once a week. What I've learned is that even though I am at my goal weight, it does not mean I can just go back to eating how I used to. This is a life style change and with that…

Thank you everyone! Your kind words are much appreciated and make me work harder than ever to keep this maintenance up for the rest of my life!
