Fad diets, particularly ones that require you to only eat one thing , are not healthy. And typically the result in temporary weight loss at best. I would avoid and instead look at something more long term and permanent.

I tried to lose weight by my cutting calories way down and while it worked temporarily it didn't last and I didn't lose as much as when I was eating healthier and increasing my exercise. I truly think that our bodies work to keep us alive so there is truth in that our bodies store fat in starvation mode.
