nice job! I gave in today and went to the vending machine, I was going to get some munchies, but the vending machine ate the ONLY dollar I had on me. I guess it was the worlds way of keeping me on track. i was pretty disappointed at the time though...

I'm on day 10, first day of level 2. I hate level 2. I know its supposed to be harder but it seems mainly focused on shoulders. hm, maybe Ill start liking it after a few days. I've lost 4 pounds already though!

1 banana 3 ice cubes 2 tablespoons ovaltine powder 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk or soymilk) 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter. 1 tablespoons flaxseed meal high in protein, so yummy!!
