My sister would never be cold in the winter months... she then went on a diet and lost 30 kilos.... she now complains she's cold most of the time!! I guess the extra weight acts like an insulator.

Thanks for all the replies everyone... each one valid! I go to the gym 3 times a week like clock work (when my back doesn't hurt) and sometimes run on the days between so I think I'd like it. I also care more for inches and not weight... I've had a six pack before and weighed 69 kilos.... I now have a 3 pack... the top two…

Thanks that was a good read and something `i was wondering about... probably a good reason why I don't seem to shift weight is exactly due to me not eating those calories burned!

So if I worked this out right I should be 130lbs =(58kilos) I'd look so ill..!!! I'm 5'6" I'd like to be 65 kilos again roughly 145lbs that would be just nice! ...better stop my midnight munchie attacks! :-O
