ME TOOOOO, I love it as well, absolutely...I'm 200% totally addicted to it and it's been a gift in keeping me motivated and focused. PS..not me in the pic...just my motivation lol

It's more important to start/maintain the "habit"...start slow and comfortable...don't overdo it or plan too much for yourself...or you'll be sore, and not exercise for days because you're sore, then you'll dread it...and end up just stopping. When I started, I just did the treadmill at a comfortable pace..just some faster…

I eat alot of Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones for dinner....they have lots of tasty meals...so I don't really miss anything...feel like I'm getting all my faves still.

I totally and completely walk at this point..I have a treadmill... It works just fine...exercise is exercise..it all burns if you are doing "something"....watch your calories carefully, get a good healthy well balanced diet...lots of water and you'll lose just fine. I've been online for 46 days or so...consistently…

Welcome...if you stick with a healthy diet....you will have NO PROBLEMS with the 1200...seriously....Add in the exercise and it increases your calories...so more good quality food you can eat. Try it...you will be amazed!!

Welcome....a whole new beginning for you..that is awesome. Definitely start slow...just walking works wonders..and does burn calories as long as you're getting your heartrate up. If exercise is too tramatic, you're doing to much, too quick and will likely not stick with it, because not a good memory !! :) Just do at least…

I don't have the "woman fairy" visit me anymore...but I'm totally getting the total hungries going on....I feel like I'm having to eat constantly.....My hub says it's because I'm exercising and my metabolism it really up requiring more calories to work...which makes total sense...which is why they add those exercise…

The misconception is...you CAN eat..and you need a healty balanced diet....dairy, meat, bread, veggies, fruit...you NEED all this daily. Just to fuel your body so that it can function and burn....you don't want to start losing muscle babe. Follow the program here, it's a lifestyle change..that will continue..and exercise.…

I'm an early morning eater tooooo.....right after shower and I'm starving!! Breakfast is my most fave meal of the day too....so it's kind of a priority for me....never had the shoe on the other foot....I've just always heard better to eat first thing...get your metabolism up and rolling for the days activities.

Yeppers, the only good thing about Diet Soda...is that it's 0 calories...kind of like cigarettes. But that's it.

I just have a treadmill...has an incline on it....Works great for me....using the incline helps to build muscle in the legs/butt....and you can adjust speed to burn more or whatever. I've had all types of machines...I like the treadmill because it allows for my moods as well...if I don't feel the best I can still get on…
