My family is supporting me on my journey. We changed what everyone eats and now they've joined the YMCA with me as well. I love that for us it's a family affair. Makes it that much easier.

By the way, I think room inspections are smart if you have reason to suspect but if you don't find anything major i.e. condoms, drugs, illicit conversations, I'd not bring it up. Respect their privacy and the fact that they're rubbin it out instead of knocken em up lmao

I usually roll with either Balsamic Vinaigrette, Apple cider vinegar, or a variety of Walden Farms dressings. They're not as good as the real thing but they're zero cal and close enough that it's worth the savings!

Welcome Jen! You're among friends. I recommend Friend Requesting as many of us as you can. Having sympathetic cheer leaders can be really motivation. I don't plan to cheat but if there's a day where it makes sense to in order to keep the mrs happy or something, then i take it for what it is and adjust the rest of my week to help balance it out.

if you have an ipad, check out 7min exercise. 12, 30-second high intensity exercises but it's so brief I found I was able to train myself to cope and now I do 3-4 of them a day.

quick edit, by helps with the pain I mean it minimizes the number of attacks and the degree of their severity.

I thought I had it bad when I get my dagger in the thigh pains but that's nothing compared to what you got going on, so sorry! Don't know if it helps much, but I found that eating a banana helps with the pain. Tried potassium pills and that didn't do anything. I will say just got to go for a swim for the first time…

i'm the same too. I can usually tell when i'm about to get sick by the fact that i'm crazy hungry.

I get a little light headed/headaches sometimes right after I finish but they're gone within 10-15min. I'd see a doc pronto so you don't do damage.
