Tips for Big Guy with Big Thighs and Butt?
Hi All, I'll be traveling for work in a week and I want to try and adjust my workout routine to target just my butt and thighs. I've already lost 20% of my weight since the last time I flied so I'm expecting I'll fit in a seat much nicer but anything I can do to help it along sure would be great. Any tips for a 340 pound…
