  • Hi Guys, I'm a 34 year old dad, 12yo son and married. I'm 5'10" and would love to have some weight loss friends, especially if you're in Ohio! Would be nice to have a local that can relate and challenge once it fricking thaws out. I just started my weight loss journey in November after Gall Bladder surgery that didn't go…
  • thanks for sharing. I recently had my gall bladder removed and since I've had horrible leg pains. I found by coincidence that bananas greatly counteracted the problem. Tried taking potassium pills but that didn't help at all. I'll have to try some some of these to see if they have the same effect.
  • WOW, Way to go! Can't wait to post one of these threads!
  • On the beach at Geneva on the Lake, Ohio.
  • wow congrats! An amazing story and inspiration!
  • I started in November, my knees are delicate being as big as I am. I started doing walking for 30min to an hour. Now I rotate a 30min walk and a 7min workout with two 7min workouts. That combined with my diet keeps me under 1400 net calories. As I build strength I'll tune down the net calories further, goal is to get up to…

Then I got to thinking about it and first and foremost it's a game and if she had the will power to go from where she was to where she is just for the money, hat's off to her. With that kind of will power she…
  • baconater from wendy's... oh how I miss it. Been nearly 3 months since I cut all the crap out :(
  • Have to agree, there are going to be bad days. I try to allow my self 1 cheat day a week. I don't go crazy, but it allows me to maintain some sanity by having an opportunity to live a little with someone. Example, last week was my wifes birthday so we went to red lobster and dinner was like 2K calories, that's more than I…
  • I'm not necessarily a picky eater but there is plenty i won't eat. What's worked great for me is finding ways to enjoy the foods I love while making them healthier. Prime example, I used to love eating Big Macs. Obvious no no getting them at McD's but I can grill up a delicious turkey burger OR a lean hamburger, a low cal…
  • I usually have a breakfast sandwich comprised of the 35 cal per slice bread, a wedge of laughing cow cheese, and a tablespoon of salsa. Lots of flavors I crave while coming in under 200 calories and keeping sodium and cholesterol in check.
