Just made this with a few modifications: I added black beans & corn and used a can of rotel in place of the tomatoes. It was awesome! Thanks for sharing! : )

Great Idea! I think we all forget where we started out when we get down. This puts it back into perspective. I'm only 10 down so far and about 40 to go but I wouldn't want to exercise wearing a 10 pound bag of potatoes strapped to my back. : ) Thanks for giving us all a great reminder to appreciate how far we have come!…

lol.... i'm 5' 3" and have the same problem. I would have to say that it isn't realistic. You need to pick a goal that works for you. If you are happy then it doesn't matter what the suggested is. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools

I'm with you! It's been awhile since I've been there too. I just joined last week and i'm really close to getting through that barrier. Long way to go to where I want to be but we have both made the commitment to get there and that's half the battle. Keep up the great work.

Keep up the good work! I just started myself last week and have a long way to go to be where I want to be also. Just keep your goals small and as you reach each one you will continue to be motivated.
