Ab challenge for today is done!!! I had to split the 100 in to 50 at a time, but I was able to use an 8 lb weight instead of a towel for the second exercise :)

Same here! I found that my biggest stress reliefs and my me time is the time I spend working out!

I spent some "me time" on my day off work today cooking! Its my stress relief and feels therapeutic to me when I can actually do it for fun and not rushing around :)

I'm still here!! I haven't posted a lot but I've been reading everyone's posts and its been keeping me motivated!! This challenge is going to be great for me! I feel like life is constantly, go go go! and there's never a moment to stop and just soak it in :)
