The Kind Diet
Anyone read Alicia Silverstone's book, The Kind Diet? I found it to be a very easy read. I'm not sure if I agree with a full on vegan or "superhero" diet, however I wouldn't mind "flirting" with one. Thoughts? Opinions?

Dry Hair??
Hey guys!!! The cold weather and washing my hair almost everyday after working out is really drying my hair and scalp! Does anyone recommend a shampoo/conditioner that is good for that but doesn't leave your hair greasy?? Thanks!!

why isnt the scale moving!!!
I feel like I've been doing so good in my eating and in working out and the scale hasn't moved in two weeks now!!! Can anyone explain this to me?! I've been fluctuating between the same like .4 of a lb for the last two weeks and I'm getting discouraged that I'm not losing anything! Help!!
