Hip Joint Question

I'm looking for some input... I workout usually 4-6 days a week doing either, weight training, zumba or walking/running on my treadmill. Every so often I will have this uncomfortable feeling in my left hip joint area, i only feel it when I move a certain way and its a little painful, but more annoying because it kinda feels like my joint is on the verge of popping out of the socket or something. I'm not sure it this is because of bad form or something else but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or could recommend if I need to see some kind of therapist or what, cause I'm kind of at a loss.
Thanks for any advice!!!

See your doctor. You could have a tear in the labrum. I had that problem and it felt like that or like a pull in the glutes. I had to have surgery and it would not have been so bad if I didn't keep running through the pain. Good luck!0
