It's about the 15 things you should give up to be happy. And it really got me thinking about what is really important and what I spend so much time focusing on that does not benefit me. I can really relate with the majority of these tips. I constantly find myself complaining (mainly at work) and what good does it actually do me, beside fuel my frustration? There is no reason to let the little things make me upset. It also touched on the idea of being too difficult on yourself and trying to be what everyone else wants you to be while losing your true self in the process. I find that most of my stress stems from this. The stress of my job and life in general have put the progress on bettering my health on hold and I feel that if I chose to focus on the things mentioned here, I'm positive it would help me better my health physically and mentally.
