hmm, I have been wetting it and cleaning it by hand but not throwing it in the washer. Do you use soap and everything like normal?? And i'm assuming we can't stick it in the dryer right?

I wore my hrm to the last two classes I went to and in the hour I only burned roughly 350cals.... very disappointing for me!

Okay I read through the forum but I'm still confused..... I weigh 152 and my MFP BMR is 1405 cals..... so x1.3 would make my maintenance at roughly 1826 cals. So I shouldn't NET under 1405.... but what am I actually supposed to set my daily goal to??

2012 resolutions= run a 10k then half marathon, get at least into my "healthy" weight range and to eat cleaner!

I'm in!!! I'm Sam and after thanksgiving I've totally blown up with extra water weight and have been eating horrible!!! Starting weight for this challenge today is 156.4 and I'm making my goal for the next two weeks 8lbs. I know its a high goal but my weigh in before thanksgiving I was 150.4!!! I can't let my holiday…

Thanks for all the advice guys! :) I guess I'm just gonna have to keep trying to figure out what will work for this schedule. I'd love to get my workout done early before I have to go to work, but i'd have to be up around 330am everyday to do that! i'm not that much of a morning person!!!
