Yup!! I've been a nurse for almost 2 years now and I'm working full time evening and night shifts while finishing my BSN in all the spare time that I have (<--sarcasm!) haha

Lately I've been on a Saladworks kick. I love grabbing a turkey club salad to go on my way to work. Their salads are easy to customize and control the calories and they are so yummy!!

I know splenda isn't the best thing for you... but the main reason I dont use it any more is that sucralose... and most other artificial sweeteners or "modified sugar" is made to make you more hungry! I'm already hungry enough as it is, I dont need any help making myself more hungry!!

Yea, I think I'm gonna have to work on getting more sleep, I'm always tired because i'm constantly going, from school in the morning to work until around midnight, so that is probably a factor in it. I'm going to have to try to figure out a way to get more Zz's.

Thanks for the advice! My first 30 day mark for chalean is coming up so I'll be taking measurements next monday... I'm hoping I lost some inches! That could be the motivation I need to keep going

I've been doing the chalean extreme videos along with the treadmill every a few times a week.... I'm on the last round of the burn phase so maybe when I switch to the next phase it might give me a boost :/

I have to pack my dinners for work most days of the week and I like to make them at home. I completely agree!! I love this site cause the friends and forums make it addicting like facebook! It makes me feel accountable for myself by leaving my diary open for everyone to see and if I have a bad day everyone just eggs me on to do better tomorrow! Love it!

I just started this program :) Just finished day 6 and so far i love it! The workouts are definitely a struggle if you're using the right amount of weights. I feel great so far, its obviously too soon to tell any results but I've heard great things and I feel like I'm going to have awesome results :D

I just got my Chalean Extreme in the mail and today I read through it all and will be starting it tomorrow! It looks awesome from here, very motivational and the workouts range from 30 to 40 mins a day. I've heard good things so I'm hoping i get results!

OoOo i've never tried to make it myself but I've had "banana whips" from this all natural raw cafe and it was sooo yummy! The one that I tried had.... shredded carrots and raisins in it too and it was awesome :)

I used to get on the scale everyday and I would get discouraged if it was up even a little bit and then I'd start to lose my motivation. I'm trying not to fall back into that!

Hershey has snack sized sugar free dark chocolate, whenever i want something sweet i take one of them and put a little bit of peanut butter on it. Sweet, yummy and very low on the calories :)

I hope so. I've been trying to lose again for about 3 months and I haven't made any progress. I always get discouraged and binge. I gotta get motivated
