I am a sahm as well. Two, 2 & 5(almost). I think it would be easier as well to have a full time job when it comes to keeping me away from the food, the struggle!!!! Add me :)

If you can fit it in why not. I did a 5 mile run while my kids are at their grandparents. Thinking that you shouldn't is what makes so many gain weight during the holidays

I am starting the 27th, taking Fridays off but not this coming Friday. Not sure of my weight right now but will put it in next time I weigh. Looking forward to the next 30 days :)

Hi everyone, hope everyone is doing good so far!! I decided to change my goal for this month. Just a lot of thinking and realized that it doesn't have to come off fast and I am more focused on having it stay off for life. So, I change my goal to 3-5 pounds by the end of the month. :D CW 151 GW 148-146

If you do increase your fat % let me know how it works for you. I had mine at 55% as well & it was not working. The more fat the less hungry you are :)

When you set your macros.....I have mine at 5% carbs, 10% protein, & 85% fat. I tried it at 55% fat and was constantly hungry. Then I upped it to where it is at now & I find that I am rarely hungry.
