I have been on MFP for about a month now and have had success so far. Of course, I am still going but I would like some more active friends to get me through it. I am 22, 5'2", 150ish. Finished m day 1 & WOW is all I can say. I did not think it would be as tough as it was. With that being said it felt good & I look forward to tomorrow :) How was it for anyone else who started today?

What is your sweet spot?
Hi, I'm pretty new to this and I was just wondering what everyone's fat % was. I found 85-90% is my sweet spot, where I have no hunger and I get moderate to large ketones. Bianca

Do you eat back your calories?
I am on day three of going low carb and I started exercising today. I am mainly doing weights because that is what I like most. So, I do not burn a lot of cals and was wondering if I should eat back the ones I do burn? I would love some opinions and feedback on what others are doing. Thanks in advance!!! Bianca
