  • I hear you i have those days more offten than i would like so i force myself to drink water through a straw (it goes down easier) or unsweetened tea works too....... and if i am still hungry after that water or tea then i am in trouble!! haha especially if i havent eaten dinner or lunch yet!   • Im so sorry girl!!! I went through a temp agency and they did all the foot work for me after i did about 2 weeks of searching on my own! They found me a job in a week!!!! I dont know if you could look online and see if there are any places like that near you?? Just for thought? I hope and pray that everything works out for…

  • I am in the same boat i did what you did. My first week i kicked *kitten* but then i started to slack off and i gained two punds back that i worked off!! So instead of sitting down and eatting lunch i go for a 30 min walk and then i have another 30mins to eat......i cant say that i do this everyday but i have that option…

  • I love eating cherrios at night i think it just taste better than in the morning!!! :o) but if you dont want to munch at night i suggest drinking a whole bottle of water like an hour before bed....it feels me up! I might have to use the potty 1 or twice?! :ohwell:
  • I would have to agree that my vice is the blizzard as well i just LOVE ice cream any time of the day or month!!! :/ And a great alternative is frozen yogurt maybe? haha!

I just chugged a whole bottle!! haha!! it is my third one for the day so i think i am doing pretty good considering that i used to go a whole day with only having like 1/2 a bottle of water.....now that i have been drinking it more i dont feel right if i dont you know?!   • I can relate to more than just one of the posts on this one!! haha!! I got on one for the first time yesterday and did 25 mins i thought i was going to pass out!!!! BUT!!! I dont sweat as much on the treadmill!! So i have to say the the elliptical was the better choice for ME! :)
