    I've upped my water intake and have noticed an immediate difference in the way I feel. Alot more energy and feeling alot happier too. :) There is no reason why anyone shouldn't drink alot of water!

I just chugged a whole bottle!! haha!! it is my third one for the day so i think i am doing pretty good considering that i used to go a whole day with only having like 1/2 a bottle of water.....now that i have been drinking it more i dont feel right if i dont you know?! Thank again!! :happy:

    I chug mine by the pint = litres/ a lot of cups in no time,love water and its benefits! :)
